Cancellation Policy.
We understand that life happens and appointments may need to be adjusted. To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate other clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy.
Notice Requirement
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to fill your spot and better serve all clients.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service booked.
No-shows may be subject to a full-service charge or may result in limitations on future bookings.
