Notice Requirement

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us time to fill your spot and better serve all clients.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the service booked.

• No-shows may be subject to a full-service charge or may result in limitations on future bookings.
